Mission:
Our community-based program located at the S. Weir Mitchell Elementary School in Southwest Philadelphia is designed to provide preventive services to children and their families through informational workshops, support groups and programming in response to the needs of the community.

We are here to help.

2 Full-time on site Case Managers providing services to families via referrals from schools, community organizations, etc.; however, referrals not necessary.
Walk-ins also welcome!!!
Home visits, referrals for additional services and resource information.

After school program for residents of the Bartram Village Housing Development jointly sponsored by PHA and the Children's Investment Strategy Initiative.
